Diese Episode des Podcast “Arbeit.Bildung.Zukunft” ist ein Throw-Back in den Dezember 2018. Vor etwas mehr als zwei Jahren habe ich mit Frau Prof. Dr. Tanja Bipp eine Podcast-Folge aufgenommen. Sie war damals Professorin an der Julius-Maximilians-Universität in Würzburg und ist nun Professorin für Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie an der Universität in Heidelberg [Prof. Dr. Tanja Bipp | Psychologisches Institut der Universität Heidelberg (uni-heidelberg.de)].

Die Diskussion hat mir eine Menge Spaß gemacht und die besprochenen Themen sind heute präsenter und relevanter denn je:
